Greening Home Energy
Our program is designed to help our community thrive in the face of climate change. We're focusing on three key areas to create a more sustainable and resilient future for everyone:

Climate Resilient Development: We're working with planners, developers, builders, and community members to create a relationship representative of the co-benefits of resilient buildings.

Municipal Green Development Standards: We're advocating for stronger environmental standards for infrastructure and developments.

Home Retrofits: Whether it's upgrading insulation, switching to cleaner energy sources or simply making small changes, every step towards a greener, healthier home helps to protect our community.
Proactive Advocacy
Working hand-in-hand with local leaders and community members is imperative to create a healthier, more resilient region. We continue to foster our strong relationships with town staff and council members to ensure climate considerations are integrated into every decision-making process. As trusted advisors to the town, we offer support in shaping policies and programs which support a thriving, climate-pollution free future. Supporting the creation of our Community Climate Action Plan will help to ensure it reflects the needs and aspirations of all residents and lays a solid foundation for a sustainable region.
